I had a great experience at America's Best! The employees were very nice, welcoming, and had so much personality, which made the whole visit enjoyable. They took the time to help me and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly my glasses came in. Great customer service. I highly recommend them!
I just love America Best! I haven't used glasses in quite some time and unfortunately had to start again. Had a great experience from the start moment to the end. Every little concen of mine was taken care of. Much thanks to Sandra as well as Kayla. Very knowledgeable in your field! I recommend to all who need!
Came in to get a couple pairs of glasses. Was greeted by Kayla. She took care of everything with explaining all the things about what I was looking at. I discussed the lining of bifocals, she explained the lining and why. She was so pleasant and kind. So welcoming and knew what she was talking about. I discussed progressives, she advised against that due to the conditions I use my glasses in. Overall, she was wonderful! I will definitely be back!
I just picked up my new glasses from the America's Best in Fort Pierce, and the entire experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and helpful. The lady who assisted me made the process so fast, smooth, and perfect, and my glasses fit flawlessly. Great customer service from a wonderful team, highly recommend this location!
Well informed an articulate about the various options that was available.. an very professional, maintained eye contact an easy too understand..(KAYLA) is her name and she really made me feel understood, an respected as a valued customer an I understood her as well... An all of the staff were professional an has great hospitality... The place of business are very clean an well organized like all business should be... All staff helps each other too ensure I was satisfied an they made sure all of their jobs were complete I would recommend anyone too go there, I know with my experience they want be disappointed 👍😊....10 stars
