The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable! Becky starts the visit off with great welcome. She is efficient and friendly. Then Ny’dia took over from there. She makes the experience great, with a professional and super friendly attitude. She also knows how to deal with people. The patient behind me was being rude, but she maintained her composure and professionalism. I wish all businesses were like this.

I had the best experience here! From being able to make an appointment on a Saturday to having the most thorough eye exam ever! Everyone I encountered was pleasant and helpful. Debbie, who helped me pick out glasses, took time with me to make sure the glasses felt right and looked good on me. She was honest and did not rush the process. It made going for my eye exam and getting new glasses a pleasant experience!

I made the trip from Fort Myers to the location at Bonita and I was not disappointed! Shelley is very knowledgeable and conscientious in optical eyewear functionality and technology. I was able to see the difference in the lense selections instantly as we demoed them outside in natural light. Truly, I have never had such a personable optical assistant as her. Thank you!

Went to America’s Best in Bonita Springs. Great experience and excellent customer service from start to finish. I needed spare glasses so thought I’d try this place. So glad I did. 2 pairs of bifocals for $100 less than I paid for 1 pair at another place. Thanks AB for a job well done! Ro Walsh

Jen the assistant manager is great, however when I called to order myself new contacts I was greeted by someone whispering. I immediately was thrown off but need to order contacts so I continue with the call just to be put on hold. I cancel the call & call back to be greeted by someone laughing at me. I don’t understand why this whole interaction has to be so unprofessional. Severely disappointed with their service as if they think I’m a joke.
