I go here for my glasses every couple years. This place has amazing quality and the price is unbeatable. I got two sets of really nice glasses for 100 bucks. Not bad at all.
Front office staff are great. The optician Jared is knowledgeable, friendly and clearly walked me through my options and insurance coverage. He even tightened and cleaned my glasses for me. They have a good selection of frames and I was able to take my time deciding which ones fit best. However, Dr. Fisher, the only optometrist working when I went, was brusque and condescending. My appointment felt rushed and he did not take time to explain anything, rather, it felt as if he was prompting my answers to end the appointment sooner. While I was in the waiting room I heard him cursing about a walk-in appointment. It's clear he has no passion for his profession. 5 stars for Jared! 1 star for Dr Fisher :/
Every staff member I came in contact with was amazing. They were caring and ensured I was well taken care of. Caritas was outstanding. She went above and beyond. She was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this store!!!!!
I had such a wonderful experience at America’s Best on North Dale Mabry, and it’s all because of Emily and Christina! Emily was amazing from the moment I walked in. She made checking in for my appointment quick, easy, and welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and wants everything to run smoothly. Christina made the entire visit feel effortless. Our conversation flowed so naturally, and she has such a warm, friendly personality that immediately puts you at ease. She made what could have been a routine appointment feel personal and enjoyable. Dr.Fischer was okay but I know what to expect with him (for better or for worse) I truly love coming to the North Dale Mabry location because of these two. They are such an asset to the team, and they absolutely deserve recognition! Highly recommend this location you’ll be in great hands!
