This place was awesome. From the woman greeter Nicole to the first girl who did some initial testing to the doctor O’Shea and final check out with Edwin this place hands down was a wonderful experience with very nice people. So accommodating and pleasant. Had some issues with my insurance which they resolved for me. I highly recommend this place. Thank you because you have a patient in me for life!
Had the best experience today here. They got me in fast & the doctor was so kind. Additionally I got helped by Nicole and Edwin who were such personable people it made the experience amazing. The whole staff altogether was very friendly as well, willing to help eachother and it seemed like an overall positive environment. Highly recommend!
Had the best experience at America's Best at this location today. Friendly staff that is professional and understanding. From the moment I walked in until I left, extremely satisfied, I was treated so well. All my questions and concerns answered. I never felt rushed or pushed to get anything I didn't want. The doctors calmed my fears from another offices false diagnosis and I left knowing I was going to be so well taken care of. I highly recommend this location for your needs to better vision.
Originally satisfied with my visit. However when I had my exam I purchased glasses in store and requested to take my contact prescription home to order contacts later. This is what I was told I was getting and what I was paying for. Once I ran out of contacts and go to order more turns out they did not write me a contract prescription but only a prescription for glasses. They now want a separate $130 for a contact exam/prescription. I’ve been doing it this way for 15 years and this has never happened to me. Won’t be back. It’s not even the cost I’m irritated with it’s the fact I now have to go have another exam & it’s hard for me to make appointments. ETA: Eyeglass World charges $160 for a glasses and contact exam/prescription. I’d go there.
This place has AWESOME customer service. Staff went the extra mile to help me receive my post cataract glasses, including several calls to my insurance provider. Brian & the receptionist both made calls. And the price of the glasses were reasonable as well. Absolutely recommend this place.
