I’ve never had so much trouble ordering glasses in my 16 years of wearing them. I got sunglasses from here 2 years ago. I couldn’t see out of them, but they said my eyes would need to adjust and for me to give them time. I have never been able to see out of them. I came back recently for a new prescription and to get regular glasses. I ordered two pairs and when they arrived, I couldn’t see out of them. I tried them for a few days and then they sent them back off after determining the pupillary distance was off. They came back great, so I decided to go back for a pair of sunglasses a couple weeks later. When I was ordering, I let the guy know about the previous issue with my recent glasses order (hoping to spare them some trouble) and told him it ended up being the pupillary distance. He rolled his eyes at me and said he didn’t know what I was talking about. He was extremely rude so I went outside to take a minute and then went back in to get help from someone else. I let her know what happened and she ordered the lenses for me. They came back polarized and I didn’t know this was standard. I had told the guy the first time I went in that I specifically didn’t want polarized and he said they weren’t, so I didn’t know I needed to specify that again with someone else. Anyways, I can’t see with the polarization and they caused an extreme migraine within 30 minutes so I took them back. She sent them off to get new ones without polarization. I just went to pick them up today, and never in my life have I seen someone “adjust” glasses the way this lady did (it’s a different lady this time). I’m assuming she must have been new, but she was making HUGE adjustments with a pair of pliers, scratched the frames with them, and the eye pieces are now bent beyond repair from what she was doing. She also bent the frames at the joint where the screws are. After a few of her “adjustments” I decided I’m better off doing it myself before she snaps them, but she thought they were great and told told me to come back in a few days if they start causing a bruise on my nose… I’m in disbelief. I left there with the left eyepiece literally touching and laying on my nose and the right side of the frame is about 3/4 inch higher than the left. This is insane. I will never return
My husband and I came in a few days ago so he could be check by the doctor. The front desk woman was so very nice! The doctor took his time to explain everything. The sales associate was so helpful, and broke down the pricing. I can’t remember her name but she had very nice green hair. 10/10 will recommend to my friends and family!
Angel is always a joy and she's so extremely helpful! My daughter and I were so thankful for her guidance in choosing our glasses and informing us on the options we've had available to us! And her friendly, caring demeanor made our experience so much better! We enjoyed laughing together with her too!
Visit went really well, I had to do a virtual appointment which was quite interesting. Not complaining whatsoever. We will see how the prescription goes but I must give a huge shout out to the saleswoman, Angel. she was amazing! A lot of fun to work with and just made the experience so much more enjoyable..she was very personable, easy to talk with... Give this place a try. I was impressed. DEFINITELY ASK FOR ANGEL IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO SHOP FOR GLASSES!
