I had a wonderful experience at America’s Best Eyeglasses. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The technicians Chae, Karen, and Jully were absolutely amazing throughout my entire visit. They were not only highly qualified and professional, but also genuinely caring and attentive. They took the time to explain everything clearly, made me feel comfortable, and ensured I was well taken care of every step of the way. It’s rare to find a team that combines expertise with such a personal and friendly approach. I truly appreciate the excellent service I received and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

The service was good except when it comes to rendering payment. The place accepts care credit- as they advertise but I don’t know why but they need to learn how to run this form of payment- this is a CREDIT means PIN is not required. So I contacted CARE CREDIT and they don’t required PIN.qnd I did used this on other clinic. And they never asked for PIN. Credit card only needs PIN when you need cash withdrawal from an ATM. And she acts like I’m an idiot qnd still didn’t review if she chooses credit on form-of payment. It is just very inconvenient.

Nina, Mark, and Alex were amazing! Everybody was very nice and friendly.

My first time here was an incredible experience! If I could give 10 stars I would in a heartbeat. First off, I want to say how appreciative and thankful I am for Dr. Patel and Alexander. They took care of my concerns and needs both were very helpful and attentive. Dr. Patel is an amazing Optometrist and made me feel at ease and comfort. Alexander provided the best customer service and took care of me Both went above and beyond. your services are greatly appreciated thank you so much!

I went for a contact eye exam which I was told was a $90 and when I went to the appointment, they told me it was $150 the gentleman that took care of me on the phone assured me, I asked him twice that it was $90 he said yes so for there Incompetence I paid the price . They did not give me any kind of minimal discount I still had to take away from other things that I needed to do that day so shame on America Best I vote you America worse.
