While on vacation lost my screw to hold my lens in my Oakley Deadpool glasses not only was Patrick accommodating kind thoughtful. He tightened everything up and we had a good laugh about the dog shoot ears. I post under a different name, but I have to say this was one of my best experiences I have ever had with getting a new prescription for contacts and glasses. My contacts are perfect, exam was quick and easy. Dr. Whitney did a great job. I've had to deal with bad offices before and high pressure glasses sales in the past. This place had none of that. I highly recommend.

America's Best: I am addressing you to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service received in your branch after my visit last 23 abril 2026. I decided to go to his establishment because of the proximity to my home, despite having other options available. During my appointment, I was told that the glasses would take about two weeks to arrive. Although I consider it to be a high waiting time compared to other opticians that offer the service in hours, I accepted because I had already had the eye examination there. However, almost a month has passed and I have not yet received my glasses. I am very disappointed, not only by the delay, but by the lack of communication. I have had to call several times for information, as no one has bothered to contact me to explain what is happening. Given that I paid for the service in cash and do not have health insurance, this situation is particularly worrying to me. Due to these inconveniences and non-compliance with delivery times, I formally request the refund of my money. I dropped by this location last Saturday to finally order a pair of glasses I've been thinking about for a while. The cost concern me because I didn't think that my insurance would provide any benefit given that this place is out of network. But the delightful Patrick ran the numbers for me in every possible combination and found me the lowest possible price for what I wanted. He was patient and kind and worked really hard to get me the best deal possible. I was extremely impressed with Patrick and would highly recommend working with him to anybody.

The entire staff was very warm and helpful. My appointment was quick and made easier by filling out the paperwork ahead of time. Desiree assisted me in picking out my new glasses. She was very kind and helped me to stay within my budget. I will be a customer for life.
