I had an excellent experience at America’s Best from start to finish. The entire process was seamless—from check-in, to the preliminary eye testing, to the comprehensive eye exam, and finally selecting my glasses and contacts. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel comfortable throughout the exam. Jovani, who assisted me with my glasses purchase, was equally outstanding. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to explain my options without making me feel pressured and made the entire selection process easy and enjoyable. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and welcoming, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. This was one of the best eye care experiences I’ve had, and I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional service. The people at this location are phenomenal. There was a mix up with my account and my twin sister. They swiftly identified the issue and was able to set me back on track. No friction. No passive aggressiveness. No blaming or attitude. Just professionalism and consideration for my time all across the board. I’d recommend this place to everyone.

I visited America's Best in Altmonte Springs in Florida. Which everyone was nice and professional. Stephen was very nice and polite, gentleman who assisted me in getting new glasses. I ended getting to pairs for the price of one and a discount He was Awesome, sweet and handsome. Thank you very much Stephen. See you soon to pickup my glasses.

I went to Altamonte location because I scratched my corina and didn't have insurance..they charged me $55 only 1 time and I went back 6 more times for check ups. I couldn't believe it!! The doctors are very nice the whole staff is actually very nice!! I recommend this place to everyone!

Tina and Daniela were so helpful with helping me order eye contacts and showing me the benefits of the eye club membership. I love this location! Give them a raise!
