I had a wonderful experience at America’s Best (Store #5342) today, June 24, 2026. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean, organized, and peaceful the office was. Laritza greeted me warmly, confirmed my appointment, and took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The technician who performed my eye exam was patient, kind, and professional, and the ophthalmologist thoroughly explained my results and answered all of my questions. When it was time to choose my glasses, Laritza carefully reviewed my insurance benefits, helped me compare my frame options, and made sure my measurements were just right. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. She made me feel comfortable enough to have a personal conversation, and I truly appreciated her kindness and attentiveness. The only issue I encountered was that the online scheduling system indicated this location wasn’t accepting appointments, but after calling the store directly, I was able to schedule without any problems. Overall, I had an excellent experience and gladly give this location 5 stars. Laritza is a wonderful representative of America’s Best, and I highly recommend this location.

Laritza was amazing and kind. She took her time with my son ensuring he was happy with his choice and provided great alternatives and information regarding our coverage. She made sure to accommodate his request and went through different frames that would fit his needs and new prescription. She provided clear education on the type of lenses he was prescribed and which glasses would fit best. Thank you Laritza for amazing service and I’m glad we decided to go to America’s Best.

My first experience with America's Best (Bisc. Blvd N.Miami) today was awesome. The staff members that assisted me were timely, friendly, efficient, and not to mention patient; I had lots of questions. I felt at ease as I was being assisted by Kemani, Stephanie, Dr Jermaine who was very thorough and lastly Nicole, who was extremely helpful in helping me while choosing my eyeglasses. Thanks America's Best.

Great place to get your lenses! Laritza was super helpful and nice. Helped me find exactly what I needed at the price point I had. Great experience!!! Excited to get my glasses soon!

Except for Nicole, nobody knows what they are doing. That includes the Doctors. I had 3 different eye exams and 3 different prescriptions all within like 2 months. I had a very rude woman "help" me and she kept answering the phone while working with me. She was not nice and said they had no sample to get me by until I ordered my contacts. That's BS bc they always gave me samples to try out, but she wouldn't get her large self out of the chair to even check! Do not go to this place, go to a real optometrist and get the proper prescription. Eyes are important! No need to put up with incompetence and an attitude. Nicole is the exception, she knows what she is doing. Too bad she wasn't there today and they gave me the nasty, lazy manager.
