I had such a wonderful experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses! Cynthia was absolutely amazing-so kind, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire visit. She made the process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the office was spotless and well maintained. I especially appreciated how patient and caring everyone, including the doctor, was with my 2-year-old daughter. They made her feel comfortable and never made us feel rushed. Even though they were short-staffed, you would never have known it by the level of service they provided. The team worked together seamlessly, stayed positive, and handled everything like true professionals. Excellent customer service all around. I highly recommend this location!

Unfortunately, my experience with Cynthia at this location was very disappointing. This was the second time I interacted with her, and the service was not what I would expect from a business that provides professional eye care services. I visited the store with my new Ray-Ban Meta glasses to inquire about prescription lenses. Before asking about my needs, prescription, lens options, or explaining what was included, Cynthia immediately told me the cost would be around $600. The interaction felt rushed and dismissive, as if my visit was an inconvenience rather than an opportunity to help a customer. What bothered me most was the lack of explanation, guidance, and customer service. I was prepared to discuss my options and make an informed decision, but I never got that opportunity. After only a minute of conversation, I felt so uncomfortable with the way I was being treated that I decided to leave. The technology and equipment at this location appear to be excellent, which is why this experience was even more disappointing. Good technology is important, but customer service matters just as much. Based on my experience, I do not plan to return.
