America's Best

It has been a wonderful experience at America’s Best from the time I booked my appointment until I left their store. Everyone from the lady that did my pre-screening ( I regret not getting her name) to Dr. Mitchell Maginnis , up to the lady and gentleman that checked me out —Giselle and Rashad. I set my appointment for 9:30 am and I did not have to wait. The nice lady conducted a pre-screening test and before I could sit back in the waiting room, the doctor already called me. Dr. Maginnis was pleasant and knowledgeable. He did a thorough exam and answered all my questions. He even measured the sun spot I had in my eye and checked it to make sure it was not cancerous. Giselle explained my insurance coverage and options and helped me pick out my frames. She was very patient, professional, and really nice. I know this is a franchise but it did not feel like a franchise. It felt like going to a family doctor. I am excited to pick up my glasses in a couple of weeks 😊. My daughter also used them for her contacts. I am going to book an appointment for my husband soon. I highly recommend this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From the moment I walked in, he was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand my needs, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. What really stood out was his patience and genuine care—he wasn’t just trying to make a sale, but to ensure I found exactly what worked best for me. I have been going to America’s best for the past 4 years in deerfield mall! I came here to say, every single time I come I get the best customer service! I am always able to find the right prices and styles. I have to give a special thank you to Hamler the Licensed optician and Nosline has always been able to save the day adjusting my glasses when they get messed up she’s a life saver! they both are so kind and helpful! Hamler really made my experience exceptional! I love my new specs! Thanks guys!
