Always a great experience. The staff is always kind and helpful. The doctor is top notch. This is my third year going to this location and she always remembers me. It makes it feel less like an eye exam and more like family. I will always go to this location for my glasses as long as I love in Pinellas.
My first time visiting America’s best. I didn’t believe I could get two pairs of glasses and an exam for 100 bucks I arrived and was greeted by Cylee. She was very welcoming, explained everything to me, showed me around. The exam seemed thorough. Optometrist was very nice. When it was time to get the glasses Jessalynn walked me through the process. She was very professional.
We came to pick up our granddaughter from college and my Mom’s frames for her prescription glasses broke. I googled a place close to the hotel and found this one. It was definitely God sent. Dawn helped us out and found us a replacement frame that looks fabulous on my Mom. Dawn is the General Manager at the Shoppes at Tyrone Square. She personally assisted us. Very professional, empathetic and patient. I commend you for having her represent you!!!! Eternally grateful.
I can see clearly now the rain is gone.. you guys know this song right? While walking through the door getting home responding to my fiancé’s question of how was your eye appointment ended in us singing just that in our living room ☺️ I have a love hate relationship with going to the eye doctor due to past eye injuries but I had such an amazing experience at America’s Best, Tyrone Square location, from the moment I walked in. The entire staff was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. Marie, Dawn, Dr Wiles, and Tamiko thank you guys.. My last minute travel changes messing up my schedule did not phase you one second. It’s our job (HR wise🫣) as medical professionals to say the patient is always right but communication is a two way street and you guys are awesome. I needed the nose pads replaced on my sunglasses and walked in without an appointment. Dawn helped me right away. I was out the door in just a few minutes. She was super friendly and helpful! Thank you Dawn!!!
