Had a 10: am appt for eye exam. Got there on time lady says your appointment is at 3: 45 pm we have no doctor. I asked why no phone call she didn't know what to say. These people do not know how to run a business i will never go back, total waste of time.

Horrible experience. Was treated like a quick lube oil change place that just wants to up sell you everything. Had 2 must haves, safety glasses and made to look at computer screens all day. Neither was met and now I have over a thousand dollar paper weight that I can not use and zero response to do anything. Not open Fridays which is the only day I could go without taking time off. Do yourself a favor, go to Clear View Vision Center and have the best experience of home town care you can get. These guys ate up all the insurance at $641 and another $460 out of pocket when I paid Clear View $450 cash for everything. More importantly, they are exactly what I needed. I canceled the payment and will refuse to pay anything until something is done. I now know why there is no email and only a phone number to contact them. Avoiding a paper trial 101.
The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Everybody from the receptionist to the eye doctor! A great group of people.
Always so nice and very professional, answers all my questions. Wouldn't go anywhere else for my eyecare. Love the Dr.s too!
