I had a great experience here today. Went in for an eye and contact exam. There was no wait time and everyone was so nice! This is the most I’ve ever learned about my vision. Dr. Pierre was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. He took the time to explain how my vision works and gave me solutions to problems that I didn’t know I had. I also, had a nice interaction with Tiffany, she’s so pleasant. Can’t wait for my next visit!

HUGE Thank You to Miss Samer (Summer) Who was very patient and kind and attentive and helpful for my wife and I. She not only provided excellent fitting of our new glasses, but she also cleaned and adjusted both of our existing glasses to where I can see through them a lot better and they feel a lot better on my face. She did all this for free and it was her idea she was actively looking for ways to improve our experience and add value to what we were doing in the store. And no, I’m not her dad and I’ve never met her before today. I just appreciate people who are proud of what they are doing.. 10/10

Why the Visit Was Great: Rachel was incredibly knowledgeable. She walked me through every single step of the process, from the initial exam details to picking out the perfect frames. I had quite a few questions about my prescription and lens options, and Rachel answered every single one of them with clarity and patience. Shopping for glasses can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Rachel’s positive attitude and friendly demeanor made me feel completely at ease. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to making sure a customer feels informed and comfortable. If you’re heading to this location, definitely ask for Rachel—she is a true professional and a delight to work with!

I switched locations because the optometrist at the time was not helpful at all. I am so glad I did. I saw Dr. Pierre in Fayetteville, GA and out of 20 years of going to the eye doctor, he was the post patient, most knowledgeable and educated me on what my eyes were doing and guided me on the best direction to go with contacts and he got them dead on after the first follow up. My daughter had an appointment today in Newnan and she raved on how helpful her experience was as how the doctor explained everything to her. I just had to call to find out the doctors name, and yep, it was Dr. Pierrre. Such a wonderful accent to America’s Best!

I drove a 40min distance to the store to collect on a refund. Managers were out and I was told I would have to come back another day. Fatima the receptionist went the extra mile to look into my file to see that my refund could be issued and for that I was grateful. Thank you Fatima for appreciated conscious customer service.
