Kelvin, the General Manager, was awesome to work with. From the time I walked in, he made the whole process easy and stress free. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to make sure they have a great experience. Customer service like this is pretty rare these days, and Kelvin went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. If you’re looking for glasses or contacts, I highly recommend this location!!!

I visited this location on Wednesday to pick up my glasses, and the two employees working the Hispanic girl with the blue hair and the tall African American lady with braids that evening were among the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered at America’s Best. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which made the experience very uncomfortable. I returned on Saturday because my lenses kept popping out and the arms were too tight. The same employee—the Hispanic girl with the blue hair—adjusted my glasses using a machine and then had me try them on. When I told her they were still too tight, she took them back and bent the arms back further, and said how about now ultimately stretching out my glasses without properly addressing the fit. Overall, the level of customer service and professionalism I experienced here was extremely disappointing. Because of this, I will not be returning to this location

Customer service is outstanding. I’ve been going there for the last five years everybody there is professional suggestive sales, smiling faces just an awesome group of people and this is what we need. Awesome people providing great service Miss Robbie, usually there to help with my selections and suggested selling.

I was greeted well when Kelvin answered the phone to assist me. He was very helpful with helping me acquire a new pair of frames, due to me losing the previous pair. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of! Kelvin helping me get a new pair of glasses was the highlight of my day :)
