I had a great experience with Tanya at America’s Best in Oxford. She was professional, friendly, and very patient throughout the whole process. Tanya took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. Customer service like hers really stands out — she made the visit smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. If you go to America’s Best in Oxford, I definitely recommend asking for Tanya. She truly goes above and beyond!

The eye doctor was great and Tabitha was fantastic! She was so patient and went above and beyond for me. She helped me decide on frames and caught something on my insurance that wasn't right and saved me an additional $40!

When I walked in, I greeted by the front desk, she actually brought my paperwork to me while I was sitting down. I picked out 2 pair of glasses with the final decision with the help of Londyn. Londyn was very professional, quick, she answered all of my questions with a beautiful smile. Thank you for great customer service. I will be recommending all my family and friends to America's Best in Oxford Alabama at the Exchange.

Not a good deal as you think. If you're on a government insurance. And the eye exam was not very thorough. I wear bifocals and damn optometrist said I didn't need Em Been wearing them since I was 45 years old. I'm 55 now

Great service and staff. Everyone was polite, professional yet still personable. Lindsey did an amazing job explaining everything from fees to the protection plan.
