Kim and Valerie are some of the most kind and compassionate people that I have had the joy of working with in a retail setting. They were so patient and understanding. My family has went to this America's Best location a couple times before this experience, but this has just solidified that this is where we will shop from here on out. Dr. Hernandez is also a very knowledgeable and patient doctor. Great experience this time!

I had a great experience during my visit for an eye exam, glasses, and contact lenses. Alex assisted me and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. Because of how positive my experience was, I decided to bring my mother-in-law. Maria, one of the staff members, and Loyris, the manager, were both incredibly helpful and attentive while assisting her. We truly felt well taken care of—highly recommend!

My experience here was top tier. Each person who assisted me was kind, knowledgeable, and I ordered some sweet Raybans with the works. My tech was a great guide. They're my first pair, so it was very important that the testing was thorough and they delivered. For a fast-paced establishment, these guys were great and I'm super picky. 😃

I went to the south parkway location and bought some eyeglasses, I returned them because they didn't fit. After a bunch of discussions, Robin the manager there, gave me a refund for more than the price of the glasses and it came out of her own pocket. I thought a good review of how they did whatever she could to fix my problems. It was very well handled and I was very impressed. She went above and beyond what I could have asked for. Most people blow me off but they did not give up until they fixed. She personally paid me and took care of the problem. They also sent me two pairs of glasses for free and the right prescription. They really did fix the problem for me.
