Had an almost awful experience today, but Rosalily quickly stepped in and took care of us. Thank you Rosalily for correcting the awful service of your teammate who obviously needs way more training before he is ever put back on the floor to help customers. Thank you also to the store manager who also stepped in. I was very close to leaving and not coming back before she took over.

I just want to say I was very impressed. I have been to other eye glass places and this one has been the best the doc was great and friendly and so was the staff I highly recommend trying them out . I definitely will be going back for all my eye exams and glasses ! Thank you so much for the kindness and caring we need more places like this
Do not take your glasses to this place for lenses. They broke my glasses and didn't want to replace them. The manager Nick is rude and was very unprofessional. He doesn't know how to treat or communicate to customers. It took me weeks to get assistance after calling customer service for days. They also messed up my eye insurance. Haven't received reimbursement yet for my glasses they the broke. Beware!!!!!!! It has been 2 months, the say the printer not working!
What a great experience! I got two pairs of computer glasses for 129. They have blue light blocker. So happy with my glasses and the service from everyone I interacted with. They offer the two glasses and an eye exam for 79.99. They do ask you if you want add ins to the exam and glasses purchase, but it was never a hard sell. Just an ask and they move on. If you want them you make the purchase. Took me 15 min to pick them up when they were done. ’m just thrilled with them. If you don’t insurance you really should come here!
My appointment was scheduled for 5:50pm. I arrived at 5:54pm due to heavier than usual afternoon traffic and unanticipated delays to my travel time. Upon checking in I was told that my appointment had been cancelled automatically due to the doctor’s personal policy about late arrivals. I have looked on all emails and text messages correspondence related to my appointment to verify if this policy was clearly communicated beforehand. I did not see this policy listed anywhere. Prior experiences with America’s Best have been without issue and I have been a repeat customer for several years now. Due to this particular experience, I will be taking my eye healthcare and business elsewhere.
