After I bought my prescription eye glasses and spent good money here on ray ban brand eye glasses I mentioned to them when they arrived that they didn't feel right. Blurry uneven vision. Went back in for another exam a week later and they said it was fine and to give it time. After a year I'm in the same boat and out a lot of money. Wouldn't recommend.
Ray was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, he and everyone else were friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He made the whole process quick and easy, and you can tell he really cares about making sure customers leave happy. His customer service was top-tier, and I truly appreciate how attentive and professional he was.

I love the Prattville store location #5188! My optician, Jett was simply amazing. He was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am very indecisive so I worried that I would drive my optician crazy but the grace he gave was so appreciative to me. Overall, I enjoyed my entire experience from start to finish. I love this team! They are all amazing!
