I originally wasnt going to write a review but this one specific woman in there, thick with oragish brown hair and glasses just compelled me to write this. I just had to get a new pair of glassrs recently becuase i had a eye sensativity to the lenses... but when i told them it was bluery i couldnt see... they rolled their eyes and said, "its your perscriltion, wait two weeks and adjust"... little to say i waited two weeks and suffered through that horrible vision.... but i finally got my new pair. And guess what...? The lenses are loose and popping out.... so i got back to explain this to them... and this older lady with glasses talked out loud infornt of everyone , "he is just going to have to deal with that, his lenses are too thick so its becuase of him". So this lady... literally told me and everyone around me that I was to blame for the lenses being loose,becuase they are "too thick"... it was embarrassing to say the least..... keep in mind this is a brand new pair of lenses and glasses.. i wasnt swapping lenses out...... all new! The lense was so loose it would pop put when i cleaned them..... and this lady doubled down and told me it was becuase of the new lenses i ordered.... and i calmy told her, " glasses lenses are not supposed to move around at all from a new frame."... and she eventually rolled her eyes and said "okay we will order you new paid, BUT, I cant guarentee the lenses will even fit in there becuase your lenses are too thick" like wth...??? What do you mean you cant guarentee they will fit....?? I really wanted to tell this lady off she wasnt literally talking to me like i never had glasses before.... i really did but i told her thank you and left.... but my gripe here is the unprofessionalism of the staff there... when you come in with a complaint or issue... they should be helping you resolve it... not blaming you and scolding you infornt of other customers...... once i get my glasses im never going back to this place ever again.. i dont recommend this place to anyone.
