After checking in and getting the initial tests done I sat waiting for the appt with the dr for about 45 mins. When I asked another staff member what was going on I was then told the dr was running about 45-60 mins behind. I waited 10 more mins, put my contacts back in and left. My frustration is not only because of the long wait, but also because I think they should tell people when they check in how behind schedule they are and give them the option then if they want to reschedule or wait. Instead, I was left to wait and then ask what was going on after wasting time setting there.

Just want to give a huge shout out the manager, BiBi, as she has gone above and beyond to help my mom out with some issues with her glasses. She is incredibly kind, patient and understanding. She truly makes it worth dealing with the other nonsense.

Went yesterday for an eye exam and to order glass and had a very positive experience. I was very impressed with my experience from the eye doctor to bibi who ordered my glasses. I arrived early to my appointment and the wonderful ladies up front got me an earlier appointment. They were very busy, but the eye doctor still went into details to explain the conditions of my eyes and was very informative. Bibi ordered my glasses for me. She was super knowledgeable and courteous. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

A good one-stop shop. Get your eye exam and your glasses or contacts here, at prices that, although not cheap, are much lower than most competitors. Their 3-year plan for $129.00 is actually an excellent deal with at least 3 eye exams (annual) + an extra 1 or 2 if you need them, plus 10% off the bottom-line total for any frames, lenses, and contacts. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and go out of their way to make you a happy customer. With the plan, you get lots of emails, but they also let you get some good deals with additional discounts, and friendly reminders to schedule your annual exam. No complaints! Highly recommended.

The eye doctor was amazing. She answered all my questions and was very thorough in my examination. she was able to put things in terms that I understood. Beatriz was amazing helping me pick out frames and finding the options that best fit my needs. I think this was my fifth time going and getting an eye exam and buying frames and lenses here and it’s always a great experience.
