I would like to personally thank Dr. Arello for her wonderful service on today!! She was absolutely amazing! I can genuinely say she loves what she does and cares about her patients! She discovered that I had an astigmatism in both eyes and was diligent about making sure I got the perfect prescription for my glasses as well as my contacts! She also went above and beyond and made sure I got the perfect strength for my color contacts that I absolutely had to have!!! Thank you so much and I can truly say I enjoyed my appointment on today! I can definitely see clearly now and I am beyond pleased! Don’t walk but run to this location and ask for her; you will not be disappointed!! 🥰

FYI this is not a family friendly location. My toddler and I received many frustrated nasty looks and comments because my toddler had a couple of toddler momments of crying and being restless from sitting. Ive been an AB patient for many years and have had to visit multiple locations in various states because of my employment but this is not one that I will visit again. Unfortunately 😔 Thank you for those employees that were kind to us. I really appreciate you ladies but the Dr. definitely made it known that she couldn't compete with my upset toddler. Im sorry that being a mommy interfered with being your ideal patient.

The service was very pleasant and the young lady was very nice, she replaced the noise grips on my glasses with a smile. That within sets the tone for great service. The only suggestion would be to introduce yourself and make it more personal. But nevertheless it was great.

I had a very good experience.. they worked very Efficiently, I was in and out in about 45 mins. Ray did a great job making sure I got the best care. Great service all around

I had the most amazing experience today. Dr. Arello has the best personality ever and she is very intelligent . She actually shares knowledge about your eyes while you’re having an exam. I felt like she was my professor lol. Never ever have a walked out of an establishment as such and bragged on an eye dr! SHE IS VERY THOROUGH!!!! Also, Salome was very friendly and helpful in picking out my glasses. I can’t leave out LaQuita! She was very patient and kind. Overall 10/10 experience. Please visit Americas Best on Lakeshore ❤️
