Update: they reached out and were very nice and understanding. The miscommunication was cleared up and they made it right. The manager is very kind, 5 stars! The staff was nice and I want there too long but I tried communicating I was on a budget and was hesitant to get the contact lens test and I feel like they did a poor job communicating the price difference because I left paying over $100 what I understood to be the price

Great staff, like every time I’ve been to this location, which is a lot, the staff couldn’t be better if they tried especially the up front ladies. They show consistent professionalism with a smile. The downside is that the company/corporation raised the eye exam cost by 70% and didn’t bother to send a memo to employees requiring them to inform customers of this hike. So they wait until the service is rendered then inform you which is very deceitful bc I know I’m not the only one who was surprised with this hike that day. Onto the new pricey exam, you’d expect a detailed exam especially with the cost increase right? Nah, it’s actually about 25% of what it’s been over the years. I literally read three short rows of letters on a single chart and that was it. Basically from what I gathered the owner of the franchise and or the corporation is hammering faithful customers with exam increases yet only actually giving them a fraction of an exam. So they want to herd people in and out like cattle and charge them close to double. Look it, a slight increase is expected every few years but you need to tell your customers before hand not after to ensure they don’t cancel the appointment. Greed is destroying this country and looks like Americas Best wants their pound of flesh.

I had a great experience at America’s Best thanks to Sara! She was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, helping me find the perfect frames. She answered all my questions and made the process easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Sara!

Just wanted to say how awesome everyone was! I came in for an eye exam and my insurance was being difficult. These folks did not give up! Augusteina, Tish, Sarah, Markell, and Dr. Tran were all so wonderful and professional. What started as a stressful situation turned into a delight. I would highly recommend going to see these fine people at this location! Thanks again for everything!
