The Exam Technician, Optometrist and Front Desk Receptionist were very friendly. I especially enjoyed the helpful advice and assistance that Janiah provided during my appointment. Susan was extremely helpful. She is very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. She notified me of issues the lab had with my glasses. She kept me informed of the process of the lab. The store has a very friendly and welcoming staff.

This is the first time at 36 I’ve ever wore contacts, they were so patient and helpful in getting me acclimated to putting them in and taking them out! Definitely a good group of staff!
