I had a great experience at America's Best thanks to Jacob. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. He’ll help you find the right pair of glasses and make the entire process smooth and stress-free. His customer service was outstanding, and it's clear he genuinely cares about helping his customers. If you're visiting America's Best in Atlanta Hwy in Montgomery, Al, I highly recommend asking for Jacob. He made the experience a great one!

Thankful for the team working this Saturday! I had a stripped screw and the glasses were sitting loose. We came in and they went straight to work correcting the screw and tightening it up for me. They were super friendly and we enjoyed our time. The wait time was not too long as we knew they were working diligently on a tough issue. We will continue to use America’s Best on Atlanta Hwy! Thank you!

Jacob is absolutely one of the best techs that you can run across. Every other the month I’m here because my daughter likes to play rough with her glasses there’s never a time he hasn’t helped us. And for that if I could rate you a 10 star I would continue being the best.

Jason was a complete blessing. I had a situation where I had been out of town and damaged my contacts and needed help with them. He went above and beyond to be able to assist in my needs and I am so appreciative. I recommend and will not he going to anyone else but America's best and Jason from here on out on Atlanta Highway Montgomery.Thank you Jason again for the stellar customer service. It definately puts your store in a category of its own.

I had an excellent experience at America’s Best. The team truly went beyond expectations to help me with my son, who attends Alabama State University. They were patient, professional, and made sure all of our needs were taken care of. A special thank you to Jacob , who assisted us. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find that level of customer service these days, and I really appreciate the care he showed. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for great service and a staff that genuinely cares.
