America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

This place is terrible along with other locations. I’ve tried scheduling my contact trials at two different Americas best locations due to one always canceling my appointment. I had to wait over a month for trials to be shipped to this location and even then, they keep canceling my appointment as well. I keep having to change my work schedule to what works for them, and even then, they call me same day to cancel my appointment. I’m never coming to an Americas best again and if you need contacts I suggest save your time and money because this is not the place and go literally anywhere else. I’m sure others will be far better.

I came into the store frustrated and completely overwhelmed because my prescription and the weight of my glasses were causing severe migraines. I had visited twice before and unfortunately no one had been able to resolve the issue. By the time I arrived, I was in tears. Sonya was absolutely amazing. She immediately showed compassion, took the time to listen, and went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied with a new pair of glasses. As someone new to Phoenix, she also took the time to educate me about the importance of UV protection in the Arizona sun, which led me to purchase prescription sunglasses as well. When I tell you that the care Sonya provided was exceptional, I truly mean it. I have never experienced this level of kindness, patience, and professionalism from an employee at America’s Best. She treated me with genuine compassion and made me feel heard during a very frustrating situation. This is what healthcare and customer service should be about. Because of Sonya, I will never go to another location. I sincerely hope the store recognizes how amazing, dedicated, and hardworking she is. Employees like Sonya are rare and deserve to be celebrated. Thank you again, Sonya, for helping me and resolving all of my issues. God bless you. ❤️

I had an excellent experience with my optometrist Lori. They were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain my eye exam and answer all of my questions. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. I never felt rushed, and it was clear they genuinely care about their patients. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and exceptional customer service!

Dr. Espinoza is amazing! My prior eye dr had gotten my prescription wrong and was very condescending but she was with me every step of the way. She made sure to get it right and has the best service. I would 100% recommend her to everyone!!!

I liked the selection of glasses they had for the exam +2 pairs for $100> deal. However, in order to get basic coatings like scratch resistant, blue light blocker or UV protection, it was quite a bit more than that. Like $200 more for those add-ons. When most glasses companies online include those or have them for waaaay cheaper. Still, it's not a bad deal, but I would keep that in mind if you're going here for everyday glasses and you care about protecting your eyes! However, that doesn't have anything to do with this specific location, I understand the employees can't control that, just a heads up for the people. I will say about this location, the employees were extremely accommodating. They are really good at their jobs and I walked out with a prescription that is PERFECT for me, way better than my old one. They answered questions I had and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable there. I am very grateful for the customer service I received today.
