They even carry the new Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses, which let you take videos and pictures - such a fun and innovative feature! I also loved the Pair Eyewear options, where you can bundle frames and switch out different tops for different looks. Such a unique concept! A special shoutout to the manager, Suzanne, who provided outstanding customer service and made the entire experience even better. Highly recommend for both quality and overall experience!

We showed up on time for my partner’s appointment and it took an hour and a half after that for her to even be seen. Nobody talked to her about why it was taking so long or how long she still had to wait, which I think is a reasonable ask. It was unprofessional and gave the idea that their customer’s time was not as important as their own. People have other obligations and assume if they schedule an appointment, that that time would be honored. We understand things happen, but a lack of communication is unacceptable.

I had a great interaction with one of your techs/front desk service. She went above and beyond, came in to have my glasses tightened and BLESS HER HEART, she offered to do my sunglasses. I can not remember her name but I will update this when I find out lol. Just a lovely employee you have-Thank you
