I had such a wonderful experience with Alexandria at America's Best! She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions, and made ordering my new glasses so easy. The biggest surprise was that she was able to get my glasses ordered for less than the other provider my insurance originally sent me to, saving me money without sacrificing quality. I truly felt like she was looking out for my best interests instead of just making a sale. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find, and Alexandria absolutely went above and beyond. Very much enjoyed my visit. Felt like a breath of fresh air compared to other opticals I frequented (Nationwide and Corona). Professional and friendly staff. Organized and very little wait time. Brian helped with my eye exam, very proper young man. Definitely made me feel welcomed and comfortable.

I mainly dealt with the lovely women up front, they were amazing! I talked to emma and Cynthia. Super patient and kind, Cynthia was the one who helped me pick my frames and got me all set up she was an absolute sweetheart and made me feel so comfortable and they both helped me find confidence in my glasses considering I typically don’t like how I look in them. 10/10 customer service I will definitely be returning for all my eye care needs!
