Went in for the promotion of the 2 pairs of glasses with the eye exam for $95 and my total was $602.57. Talked them down to $261 but that’s not the point went in think I was going to pay $95 dollars and almost ended up with a $600 charge that’s insane I don’t even have the $261 to be spending that’s why I went in for the $95 dollars promotion. Never ever again will I be back here
This store was extremely helpful to help me find my glasses! The store was pretty nice, the doctor was super friendly and quick. It took a little bit for my glasses to arrive, but I appreciate the work they did to help me! Thank you!!
Aaron was amazing! Helped me with my glasses & fitting them and cleaning them up. Also just beyond friendly & welcoming, very informative as well. Super awesome staff! Definitely recommend. Also got my glasses early!
Huge location very modern inside- Probably the brand newness of it, but it takes forever when you’re being seen by the doctor expect a 2 to 3 hour visit, And when you’re ordering Contacts, expect the price to change every single time you purchase. When you ask why the price keeps changing the manager will have no idea and we’ll refer you to corporate stating that she doesn’t make the price changes but I can ask them. So maybe I’ll order my contacts from somewhere new who does know why the price changes and doesn’t keep changing the price on their client.
This was the best experience getting new glasses and contacts! Benjamin the General Manager of the store was so delightful and VERY helpful getting me the best deal having double insurance coverage between my own coverage and my significant others! He took his time and handled all my questions and made the experience so seamless and stress free from the moment I walked inside! I got 120 pairs of contacts and 2 sets of glasses for $250 thanks to Benjamin’s outstanding knowledge of the system! He seriously got me the best deal possible!! I cannot recommend this location and Benjamin’s help more! I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Thanks for everything from Benjamin and his awesome team!!
