Just got my eyes checked here and it was a super easy process. The employees and doctor were all nice people and I was able to see the doctor after just a couple minutes of waiting. I did not purchase glasses and just got my prescription. I was worried there would be some attempt to upsell me but getting just the prescription was totally fine. They didn't hassle me in the least. I would definitely come back here to get my eyes checked again.

Three stars, goes to the behind the scenes staff, only. I entered the office, and was greeted with an employee, arm extended out to take my temperature. I definitely understand the temperature taking, during COVID-19 times, but the better approach would have been, a greeting, followed by the brief explanation on the temperature requirement, then take the temperature! That would have been professional. The pre-tester employee and the doctor were helpful and nice. Once I was done with the testing / exam, I went back to the sales floor to choose my glasses. The associate who took my measurements and handled my transaction, was not personable at all. Barely any conversation from her and she did mention, my glasses don’t come with a warranty or special coating, that’s extra. Might I suggest to the associate, find a different approach on how to mention that to the customer! Maybe more like, “your glasses are standard, but we can customize them, at an affordable price.” Overall, I don’t think, I will be a regular customer here. The commercial brought me in, but the front of house service, will keep me away.
A great experience from setting the appointment, to the in house interactions, all outstanding! From the greeting and checkin at the door, all of the staff were friendly, smiling and helpful. All test options were explained, with no sales push. All staff members were quick to smile and extremely attentive. The "double check" policy is a nice touch. I only gave them a 4 as I've yet to pick up my glasses. So far, a GREAT experience!
Easy enough to get an appointment for prescription contacts and glasses. Trying to get a copy of my prescription was a hassle since I no longer live in the area of this facility. I was told that their systems only allow them to fax a copy or I could pick up a print out at the location that wrote out my prescription. I drove out 30 min to this location to pick up a copy but found that their front doors were locked at 2pm. All signs indicate that this location is operating under their normal business hours on 12/28. I called the business # but was sent to a mailbox. My guess is that the location probably closed for a lunch break but there's no info on the door stating when they'd be back. TL;DR +2 stars for the reasonable prices. Knocking down 3 stars for the difficulty of obtaining a copy of a prescription and for being closed without info on a weekday afternoon.
Good selection of frames but that's about it. Someone wrote down my prescription wrong and my new glasses felt extremely weird from the start. The lady who was adjusting them tried to tell me that was normal and it takes a few weeks to adjust to new glasses, but after an hourlong headache I took them to my optometrist who confirmed that the prescription was all wrong. I took them back to this store and got no discount or refund whatsoever for the new pair I ordered. All in all wasted 3.5 hours + gas, got a headache, and now have to wait an extra 2 weeks for my new pair.
