Mr. David provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He took the time to explain the products, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel rushed. His communication was excellent, and his knowledge made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Because of his professionalism and great service, I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Mr. David if you want someone who genuinely cares about helping you.

Very nice staff. Friendly, attentive, professional, patient. Fast service. Poor end result though. I felt my eye test was very rushed. When I went to collected my glasses, they weren’t right so I had to return for another (rushed) test. When I collected my glasses a second time they were better but still not right. I drove home in them knowing they weren’t right but at this stage I was exhausted with the process and couldn’t face going back a third time. They have great deals and lovely staff - but I won’t ever be back.

I walked in with my girlfriend because I had broken my previous America's Best frames. Dea was great at doing her job. She went above and beyond her job title and has great customer service. This experience has solidified my recommendations to America's Best. I'll be back.

Americas Best in Pasadena offers excellent customer service. I walked in with a pair of glasses that needed repairs and the gentleman who works there was to quick to help me. In 10 minutes I was out the door with my glasses fixed! have been a patient at that location for several years and find the eye doctors competent and professional. It is also easy to get an appointment and I’ve never had to wait more than a few minutes. Highly recommend!
