America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

This is the first time I’ve gone outside of a private business and the experience was good. They were able to give me a same day appointment and it didn’t take very long to get my glasses ordered. They staff is very friendly and they changed my nose pads to silicon ones quickly when I returned because the plastic ones were cutting my nose. I took a star off because of the plastic nose pads which took me time to figure out the problem.

I needed glasses to drive at night, and had seen the commercials on TV the 2fer deal so I went ahead and made an Appt. Staff was so professional, clean, helpful, and sanitized the place after every customer. I felt nervous at the beginning since I didn't know what to expect, but it was a great experience. They had my glasses ready right in time to go celebrate my birthday(I was crusin' by myself (freakn' Pandemic 😷)on Whittier Blvd 🤣)! Loved the price tooo!

The past few times i have been here, i have been met with a mixed bag of experiences. The staff is always very nice and helpful, especially the receptionist and the doctor. However, the past two times i have been inside, I have been helped by Melissa both times, and both times she has treated me like a child, and has been extremely condescending. The first time i went in for contacts i was struggling to put my contact in because i have sensitive eyes and she says “why don’t you try opening your eye”. I also had to call the store to confirm the correct delivery address because she had lost the address i had wrote down.

I recently had my eyes examined for contact lenses & eyeglasses. Everyone was friendly & accommodating from start to finish. The assortment of frames that is available seems pretty comprehensive and I found a pair of glasses that I really liked. The prices are really good compared to what I've paid in the past! Both contacts & glasses should be ready in about 10 days. I hope they turn out as good as I deserve!!! Picked up my glasses & contacts today... Love - Love - LOVE my glasses! Might have to adjust the contacts though - I have a weird prescription so that is not unusual. Still very satisfied with the entire experience.

I would like to give ZERO for this location, rude and not welcome at all. I’ve been membership for years, I’ve been to many locations corona Eastvale chino brea and also refer my friends came and spend their money in America’s Best. I always say this is a very good and professional eyeglass company. brea is closed so I choose here, I was to like the clean office and services, always helpful. BUT, this place is front lady is rude, doesn’t want to me come and feeling blaming me. Situation: appointment at 5:20 I came 5:31 she told me you are late you have to reschedule. I was already try my best to drive there ASAP, and driving 20 mins, I was kindly ask can I wait, she said No, if you like you can but I don’t know if the next customer will cancel or not. She is not helpful and just restrict me to come in. because of her attitude I change my speak way to ask plz show me the rules if late 10 mins you aren’t allow to come and i don’t receive any notification and phones reminder or warnings about it. If you told me, after 10 minis you have to schedule, I won’t drive here. I said I went to other offices if late a little bit it was fine. Then she questioned and blamed me” are you always late?’ OKAY, I canceled my appointment won’t come AGAIN. Not only not welcome rude, even PUNISH ME, this behavior is damaging the business reputation, this lady not wear uniform, I don’t know if she is manager or front desk and not care because she is the top person there.
