Zero stars honestly. Linda is unhelpful and rude. Almost seems like she doesn't like her job. I asked a couple questions regarding my glasses and she seemed to get frustrated. I felt like I was asking dumb questions. I just wanted my questions answered without being treated like I was dumb. Felt worse when I found out SHE was the manager in charge. Never going back.

I have been getting my glasses at this place for the past 5 to 6 years. Never had an issue. I was there one day and decided to stop by to get cases and wipes for my glasses that I already have at home and saw that there was a promotion going on. The manager Linda decided to help me little did I know her intention was to rip me off of the promotion. When she told me to total, it didn't add up to what I was totally up in my head considering it was BOGO 50% off. I bought two cases and two of the glasses wipes and she was still charging me the full amount. I asked her multiple times if the amount was correct to which she proceeds to answer with Attitude stating that the price was correct. I trusted her thinking that maybe my math was wrong. But I also check the prices on everything to which she had stated prior that prices were in the cases. There was no way I was doing my math wrong but she proceeded to charge me anyways with a smirk on her face. I later called the store to speak to someone in charge when I noticed the discrepancy. The phone call was given to her. In the phone call she left me on hold for almost 20 minutes and return to the call with no solution whatsoever. I insisted on fixing the problem and making it easy for her but instead her solution was to call me back to this day I have not received any call back from her. It seems like she cares more about ripping customers off then then getting returning customer. I am truly disappointed and thought she was an honest person. Be careful and check your receipts, make sure that when there are promotions your being honored.

They used to be great but now deserve the title of "Americas Worst!" We purchased glasses 5 months ago. My wife used them only a few times. One pair the arm came out of the frame - no snapping - just came out. Took them back and they don't care. "We do not guarantee our glasses!" Buyer beware do not shop at Americas Best they literally just don't care. Horrible company - they just lost a 7 year client over a $10 Chinese made frame. Shame on you!

I always have a happy experience with Americas Best in Westminster. Every time I have visited, it’s an exceptional experience. Thank you for everyone on this team. You guys are awesome!

Bait and switched on the glasses. One pair never came. I asked for a refund and they said I had to come in to sign a form. Once I came they said there was only one optician and that they are working back to back for 2 hrs. The front desk woman claimed that they didn't have the paper ready and that the optician has to prepare the refund. On the phone they said if I had shown up it'd be ready and I'd just have to sign it. 0 stars
