Eye doctor was great. Ordered frames and was told 2 weeks or less and now looking at 3 weeks before I get them. I switched from another place because the commercials looked good. At the last place, I received my glasses within a week and a half for both of the glasses that I’ve ordered through them. I think I’ll go back to my old spot.
I am a returning customer, been coming here and sending family and friends. World’s Best staff, Janely, Isabel, Montse, Tanya, and Erika have been great they are the best! Can’t wait to try my new meta glasses with the new nikon lense!
March 23, 2026. I’ll be coming in here for three years. I love my female eye doctor I gave up going To lens craft. She is amazing. The staff is fantastic. Their products are wonderful. They do the best eye exams tonight. My eyes have finally changed after five years. She put a new contact in my eye, and I can actually see.. Thank you, Doctor and the staff Christine Williams
Extremely disappointed in this location. I went in for an eye exam. They charged my insurance for eye and contact lens exam. The contact lens exam was NOT done. This caused me a loss in my benefits for glasses. I wasted two hours on the phone between my insurance and Americans Best. Nothing was resolved being this location will not take responsibility charging my insurance for an exam that wasn’t done. Unfortunately I have to take more time have it investigated through my insurance. I will not trust America Best again for honesty or loyalty to its patient/customer. Adding to this review that went unsolved. I ended up ordering my glasses from Lensmart. Save yourself a lot of money. Do not order from Americas Best. Lensmart was half the price even with insurance. Check them out, you can get two or three pair of glasses for the price of one at Americas Best.
Last year in October, 2025, I had eye exam and a pair of glasses made at this location. During that time I was told that since I am on Medicare, there is no charge, your insurance pays for it. Then came to the glasses. The sales associate showed me the options I had with the glasses and my out of pocket payment for it. After looking at all the options, I selected a single vision glasses. The associate said I will have to pay $24 and the rest of the amount will be covered by my Insurance Company. The Sales associate called and confirmed with the insurance company. Now seven months later I received a bill from a Company called National Vision, Inc for $194.57. They want $12.19 for the eye exam and $182.38 for the glasses. I called the local store where I had my exam and glasses done. I spoke with the assistant manager, Erica about this. Erica looked up my account and told me that I had paid my part of the payment and ignore the invoice from National Vision, Inc. Erica repeatedly told me about it. At this time I am going to wait and see if I keep getting the bill again and again. I am reporting what I have experienced with this Company. I am 75 years old and do not need any issues like this. I will not do any business with this company and I would not recommend it to my friends or family.
