Lacks professionalism and basic knowledge to do the jobs. Unfortunately, it is the customer's who pays the cost with wasted time, improper orders and a lack of trust in this branch due to consistent mishaps. Please save yourself the headache don't visit this branch .

I had a bad experience with them purchasing glasses my prescriptions were messed up to the point where my eyesight has changed due to the wrong lens and the wrong prescriptions I bought a set of glasses paid extra for all of the extra bells and whistles ended up $300 plus for one set put them in the drawer until my old glasses got damaged or what not when I finally got to them it was about a year later and at that point I realized. I called in and they treated me as if I was some kind of criminal trying to rob them rather than working with me and understanding my situation that's to say I threw the glasses in the trash because they were worth nothing to me over $500 in the garbage

Horrible experience here . Staff is rude and not helpful. Need the staff to train about costumer service . All girls staff have same attitude problem seems they don’t like to work they just sitting , chatting , and one is on her cellphone . Worst Americas Best Eyeglass -Rialto that we go.
