I had a fantastic experience at America’s Best (Store 3776). Angela provided truly exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and had such a genuine smile, sense of humor, and laugh that made the whole visit enjoyable. Angela was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable—she made choosing the right lenses feel simple and effortless, which I really appreciated. It can sometimes be overwhelming, but she made the entire process feel smooth and even enjoyable. I ended up getting two pairs of glasses, and I couldn’t be happier with both the selection and the experience. Honestly, I would recommend this location specifically because of Angela. "Exceptional Service, Stylish Glasses, Great Price – A Perfect Experience!" I walked in to have my glasses tightened and was greeted by a lady with adorable, red-framed glasses—turns out, she was the manager, Margarita. She showed the type of glasses she had on, the "Pair Eyewear.” You can switch out multiple toppers once you pick a base frame. I got so excited and ended up purchasing a new pair of glasses with two toppers—one of which is for sunglasses! I absolutely love my new glasses! The customer service was fantastic, and you can’t beat the value!! Great price. Margarita made the whole experience so enjoyable. I highly recommend visiting this store.

Amazing place. Second time doing my eye exam here but the first time buying glasses with them. So, this means a next update on this review is on the horizon. Customer service was amazing. From the very beginning: professional and kind. Dr Smith is clear and straight to the point. But Fernanda!?!?! OMG! She is spectacular! Patient, professional, engaged and definitely the kind of CSR that knows exactly what that means. Smiles in all employees faces at the end. So far, this place is highly recommended. I just need to wait for my glasses for the update on this review.
