While the personal service was satisfactory, the warranty for my glasses proved to be inadequate. I purchased the Boss frames, and within a few months, the glasses began to crack. I contacted the personal and the manager, who promptly ordered a replacement pair of glasses of the same style and brand, Boss. However, it took a month for me to receive the glasses. Upon visiting the store, I spoke with the manager, who informed me that the glasses were in back order due to inclement weather. She had placed the order that day, as I had received an automatic email notification. Upon receiving the glasses, I noticed that they were cracking again within a few months. I returned to the store, where the manager informed me that the warranty did not cover the damage. Consequently, I would be required to spend over $500 on a new pair of glasses, plus the $300 of the first glasses. One of my primary concerns was the risk of a broken glass entering my eyes, which would result in a more severe injury and the store’s refusal to take responsibility. As a result, I intend to file a consumer report.
