Had my first exam done here after many years Dr was very nice professional and welcoming all other staff was as well. My children got two pair as did I which is helpful because children sometimes break glasses having an extra pair is always a relief . Definitely recommend coming here. Thank you America’s best .
Brandon went above and Beyond in customer service. He adjusted my glasses without been asked, he realized it was needed and did it automatically. Also replaced the used nose plastic piece at the same time he installed the missing piece. Great smile, great attitude, and friendly service. People like Brandon is what differentiates a business. I will be recommending America's Best contact & eyeglasses to family and friends because of the service that I received from Brandon.
I came in with broken frames for my daughter's glasses. Wrenn was able to quickly assess the problem and said she'd be able to fix it right then and there. I had also brought a second pair where the lens had popped out and she also offered to fix those quickly. She was so kind and professional and took care of my issues within 15 minutes of my arrival. I'm always very impressed with the amazing service I receive at the Elk Grove location.
completely gave me a replacement new pair of glasses I’m so happy , Everything was great. Wonderful service wonderful Dr. Toy wonderful picking out my frames. My frames fit perfect at the time that I ordered them.. When I went to pick them up, they didn’t fit and they were totally out of balance on my face and I put pictures here so that y’all can see that I need to come back as soon as I can to have somebody know how to fit frames to customer faces. I will return as soon as I can.
I came in looking to get my broken nose pad and the bent arm on my glasses fixed and Wrenn was incredibly kind and helpful! They quickly fixed both issues and my glasses were returned to me clean and in perfect shape in just a few minutes. Great experience!
