I felt very taken care of and didn't feel the main goal was upsales. The entire staff took care of all my needs and questions. Dani was awesome and really listened to my style and helped me with such a friendly and cheerful attitude. Serena was just awesome and made my checkup fun and really knew her stuff as an optition. I had an awesome time at an eye exam, who would've thought? I highly recommend them if service, knowledge, and quality matter to you

I love love LOVE the staff there! Super sweet and know how to make me giggle lol. Love the atmosphere and definitely work with your budget and insurance. They make it super affordable for you while reminding you the importance of keeping up with your eyes! 10/10 recommended. This place makes me not want to wait so long to renew my glasses prescriptions LOL back after 4 years and definitely will be back sooner :)

I love my new glasses and sunglasses! They have an amazing amount of gorgeous, hip, frame choices, including petite frames for those of us with smaller heads!! Your order comes in about a week and there are several wonderful specialists who will adjust them to fit your face and head before sending you on your way. Oh- THIS IS AMAZING, if you break your glasses, they will replace them one time FOR FREE! Thanks to all of you who have stayed late on a weekday because I'm always coming in late! ♥️

I went in today for my eye exam. This place was very clean, smelled fresh, and was organized. I loved the layout there is a very expansive retail area, and a waiting area tucked away apart from retail side. The staff was courteous, welcoming and very helpful. The tech and Doctor did a great job explaining the process of what to expect and do. Once at the retail side Karen M. helped me, she was fantastic, friendly and patient with my twins asking her tons of questions. She shared my options with me and answered all my questions. My glasses are to be ready in 2 days can’t wait!
