I have no words for how absolutely amazing our experience was today! I brought my entire family in for exams for 3/4 of us and we were treated with such kindness and love here! Grace, Rachel, and Chell treated us like family and gave my 3 year old son a safe place to explore what was happening. Allowing him to "help them work" and dance to music and be a kid while we did what we needed to! Dr. Hellreigel was patient and encouraging for my daughters first appointment and patient with my curious 3 year old. Safe to say we will be back again and again!

Booked an appt for my child online for 9:30 am, received a follow up call two days later to reschedule as the representative stated “we don’t even have techs in til 10-10:30 anyways”. Ok fine, rescheduled the appt to an afternoon slot- head in for the appt and immediately turned away by the receptionist because we don’t have the right insurance. When I stated I took my child here the year before with no changes to insurance She proceeded to bat her enormously large eyelashes like she didn’t believe me and rolled her eyes before stating that couldn’t be true. Absolutely unprofessional and terrible customer service

Such an unfortunate experience. I bring my daughter to this location for her glasses & her contacts, So I figured I would make an appointment for myself. I drove 45 minutes from Federal Heights to Sheridan for my appointment arriving 6 minutes late (1:06pm) which I’m sure you can see on camera only to be halted at the door and told no one will see me because I’m late. I work in healthcare so I do understand the urgency of time. However, six minutes should not make her break someone’s schedule. If so, then it was scheduled poorly. I was completely dismissed. A young man with long hair then told me “actually your eight minutes” clicked a button on the computer and I received a text message Stating my appointment was now canceled all while still at the front desk . My appointment was apparently canceled because the optometrist had an interview so someone who may or may not work for you in the future took priority over a paying client. At no point in time did they offer to reschedule my appointment. I provide home care for the disabled and my headaches from impaired vision make it extremely difficult. I did not receive notification that if I did not arrive exactly at one or 5 to 10 minutes prior that I would not be seen otherwise, I would’ve left an hour in advance as opposed to 45 minutes. I don’t have vision insurance so I was prepared to spend $300 to $400 but I will be taking my business elsewhere.

This was my 3rd stop after 2 other places refused to measure my PD. Mabel was super friendly and quick in helping me out. Good customer service, thank you!!!! Desperately needed this in order to purchase new sunglasses after my baby broke mine.

Rachel is awesome. I was honestly freaking out when my last pair of contacts ripped, and she really stepped up to help me. She took the time to find another location and a doctor who could see me so I wouldn’t miss school or work. That meant so much. Super helpful, super kind, and just went the extra mile. 10/10 customer service. Thank you again, Rachel — and thank you to the Englewood team
