I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. After driving an hour through heavy traffic to attend my scheduled appointment, I was informed upon arrival that the doctor was not in the office and that my appointment would be conducted virtually instead. At no point prior to my appointment was I contacted or notified of this change. Had I been informed in advance, I could have avoided the unnecessary travel and inconvenience. I value my time, and this lack of communication was both frustrating and unprofessional. I hope steps are taken to ensure patients are notified promptly of any changes to their appointments so others do not experience the same inconvenience.

Horrible customer service. I called to schedule my annual eye exam and spoke with the receptionist, Maranda Samuel, who is also the manager. Her customer service was terrible. After she finished booking my appointment, she THEN told me they don’t accept Husky insurance. If that’s the case, fine — but that’s something that should be said before wasting my time scheduling. On top of that, her attitude was disgusting and she hung up on me. Completely unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to go here.

Got out of work early to go the my appointment at the Stratford location, ran into a bit of traffic and was late 10 minutes when i walked it the lady look at me and said to wait a few minutes, i wait 5 then the receptionist ask if i had an appointment and i gave them my name. Then she said that my appointment is canceled because i was late. I looked at my watch and said 15 minutes is a long time? She said yes very long time. I had already filled out all the paperwork online so that should had saved us sometime but she insisted that i must reschedule. So i left and decided to take my business elsewhere.

I had such a wonderful experience at the Americas Best location in Stratford! All of the associated were so super helpful and professional! Carolina, Scarlyn, Maranda, and Niyah were the best! I highly recommend you check them out.

Dilated my eyes, knew I was driving did not provide sunglasses. Decided to give it a second chance...was 5 minutes late and the only one in the waiting room and they told me to cancel for a virtual appointment. How can they possibly give me a prescription with a virtual appointment. Are you kidding me.
