I had such a wonderful experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, and I have to give a special shout-out to the receptionist, Jason. He is honestly the sweetest guy I’ve ever met! From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional.Jason made the whole visit so much easier and more pleasant with his positive attitude and willingness to help. Customer service like his is rare these days, and it truly makes a difference. Thank you, Jason, for being so friendly and for making patients feel comfortable and cared for!

DO NOT COME HERE. My mother came to this location on June 1st around 1:00 PM. She had already gotten glasses from this office before and returned for an appointment. My mother has diabetes, and while completing the questionnaire, the receptionist who was filling out her paperwork was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. He laughed at her during the process and then told her to go sit down. After completing the eye exam, she was preparing to choose her glasses when the staff suddenly informed her that they could not treat her and that she would need to go to another eye care provider instead. Despite not being able to provide the service she came for, they still charged her $90. To make matters worse, when she paid, the receptionist and another employee were laughing and whispering. My mother felt disrespected and uncomfortable. She also believed comments were made about Mexicans, which is completely unacceptable if true. No patient should be treated this way, especially someone seeking medical care. The lack of professionalism, respect, and compassion shown by the staff was shocking. We left feeling humiliated and taken advantage of. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
Long due review. I went there to get my glasses ofc, the First Lady that did my eye test was really nice, the Second lady that was selling me them to me (getting payment and reviewing what I wanted in them) was so damn rude and kept smacking her lips after every question as she was literally annoyed. when I went back to pick my glasses up when they were ready, the lady that was packing them up put them is a hard glasses protector (the right one) and then hesitated took them out and put them in a soft $2 sleeve protector. Mind you they were Guess glasses, they should have come in its own case as it was marketed. My insurance covered most of it but COME ON still paid $250 for them to not give me what I paid for is ridiculous. (Did get two glasses since that was their promotion but COME ON) also just to find out the Guess pair was poorly done and didn’t even fit properly.
If I could give 0 stars to this location, I would! Bad customer service and on top of that they don’t like to do their job. I didn’t receive a call, as I always do to let me know my contacts had arrived. If it wasn’t for that text message, I would have not known. On top of that, they don’t acknowledge you or make you feel welcomed!! Please do better at this location. The eye doctors are amazing, but all the 3 people who are in the front desk, horrible attitude and give you a bad experience while picking up or placing orders.
When I went to this eye exam, they were very dismissive at first they made me wait. I had the exam. I told the optometrist that I was on a budget and I didn’t understand why the exam was $130 when you can get two pairs of glasses and an exam for $95 of course I’m getting contacts so I had the exam and then I told him I want the cheapest contacts possible Just so I could have contacts. I don’t have to wear glasses so they did the exam I got my prescription. I sat there and waited over 45 minutes for them to just see me to order contacts so when I ordered the contacts, the contacts were $100. They got me the most expensive contacts and I told them that I didn’t want those. I wanted a cheaper ones. They told me the optometrist only did the exam for this kind. I said well that’s not the conversation that I just had so then they sold me on getting an eye clear club which they said would actually save me $20 so I went in there paying $130 is what I thought and then when I left, I ended up paying $240 for one box of contacts in the eye exam very unhappy
