I had such a great experience at this new location! From the moment I walked in, the team made everything feel welcoming and easy. Ashley got me checked in quickly and set a great tone for the visit. Krystal, the GM, also greeted me and helped guide me through everything, she was incredibly helpful and made sure the whole experience ran smoothly making myself and the other customers who flooded in right after opening feel welcomed and right at home. Diana did the pre-testing and was friendly, efficient, explained what she was doing along the way, and was very patient with me even though I blinked every time we did the “eye pressure test”. Dr. Zaidi handled my exam and was both thorough and easy to talk to. The appointment felt relaxed, and she took the time to explain everything clearly, and answered all of my debatably paranoid eye questions, instead of making it feel rushed. After the exam, Jill and Soha helped me pick out glasses, and they made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process actually fun. They were patient, gave great suggestions, and helped me find frames that I’m genuinely excited about. You can tell this team works really well together and actually cares about the people coming through the door. The whole visit felt smooth, professional, and genuinely friendly. I’d absolutely recommend stopping by if you’re looking for great service and a team that makes the experience enjoyable, but also some awesome new frames! Side note: they gave my son who was getting antsy a balloon, and saved the day. He was ecstatic!
