I had never gotten an eye exam or glasses before but they made the entire process smooth and fast. From the exams to choosing my glasses, the doctor and the staff were really helpful and answered all the questions I had. Also the price for 2 pairs of glasses plus the free exam packet for only $95 is so affordable. I'm gonna suggest this place to anyone who hasn't gotten glasses before. I really like this place!

Absolutely the best medical care I've ever gotten. Every medical provider should aspire to be like this company. I broke my glasses helping my wife, and I can't drive without them? So I taped them together... Well I called around and this place had an amazingly simple website! I was able to schedual same day! The first time I didn't pay attention to the date, but it was so easy to cancel and reschedule. The location nearest me didn't have same day, neither did the next nearest but the one 45 min away did! I found all of this out and got the appointment in about 6 min... Then I basically headed right there! The office was set up so smart... It was so streamlined! The staff were amazing! The accepted my weird insurance even though it wasn't listed on the website, however even if they didn't, they have a membership that was just as good as my insurance! The cheapest frames were 80$, the extra optional testing like retina photographs and peripheral vision tests were 30$, the basic lenses were really cheap! I went with the scratch resistant and in literally 2h total, including the 45 min drive and the scheduling, I had my glasses ordered... Amazing. No phone call tag, no setting up an account, and even with all the extras I mentioned, the optional extra tests, the upgraded lenses, the frames, I still payed LESS then Meijer optical(now out of business) with bare bones frames and lenses and no extra tests, with insurance! There selection of frames were very diverse too! I have zero complaints...

I had the opportunity to be seen by Dr. Romero and assisted by Esmerelda, Oteria, and Lashawna; All of which were absolutely incredible and immensely helpful! From answering all my questions to even giving personal and professional opinions on different frames or payment options, this team was simply stellar! Not to mention that the company offers great deals! I am incredibly happy with their staff and their skills. 100/10, would definitely recommend!

Katia was AMAZING!!! So helpful, fun, and full of great info! With her knowledge and a little help from her kind coworker in the pineapple shirt they were able to adjust my glasses and get my new lenses ordered, sending me home smiling!! Can’t wait for my new lenses!! Thanks for all of the assistance!!!

Been going here for the last few years getting my glasses and contacts never again. First day of school, August 19, 2026. I called to let her know I will probably be on time if not one minute late and because the paperwork isn’t filled out and there’s a 10 minute late policy which I’m not even late at this point and something about I’m not going to see an actual eye doctor and it could take up to two hours that it suggested that I just reschedule! Again, I wasn’t even late at this point. I just wanted to mention that I’m on my way. Traffic is crazy. It is literally out of my control so I will be calling corporate. This is absolutely ridiculous. My glasses are broken in half. I have Literal duct tape holding them together. Every other time I’ve been here I’ve been in and out in 10 minutes and let’s be honest with really shitty service, It’s essentially the Temu of Optometry but this is where you can get affordable glasses without health insurance. So if Corbett would like to reach out to me, that would be wonderful if not, you’ll be hearing from me. I had no clue about this 10 minute policy. The lady who answered the phone seriously you Need to learn on how to show a little compassion and use a little common sense. It’s the first day of school. Would’ve been great if you know that 10 minute policy was somewhere in the message and about the paperwork being completed because I had no idea.
