Went on for an eye exam and new glasses. Excellent experience from the get go. Friendly staff made it very welcoming. Pre Exam as well as the one by the eye doctor were pleasant with great convo and some questions answered by all involved. Diane helped me to pick out my glasses and reassure me I was making the decisions.
When I first went to this location, it was Eyeglass World. Service was excellent. I bought a boss pair of glasses that served me well... until they got scuffed and had to be replaced, and boy was that an adventure. The glasses I got back were never right. The fit was off, the focus was off, everything. Then I foolishly went to get a replacement pair. When I went to pick them up, they were the wrong pair. I had to wait again, for several days, which seemed like a long time. Picked them up, and they were garbage. The look was totally off, and the fit was weird. What difference a name makes. They have a crappy collection, people who don't seem to care, and they are predatory. Even though, weeks ago, unsubscribed to their emails, I keep getting them, either as though I did not unsubscribe, or deliberate harassment and abuse. I am getting several emails from them EVERYDAY, whoever heard of such a thing?? Either way, I am not surprised, and show America's Best is putting their worst forward for their customers, not their best Just stop sending emails to people everyday and throughout the day.
Recently bought three pairs of glasses here. Ronnie was fantastic. Service was fantastic. Single vision glasses were ready pretty quick and progressives were done in good time also. Had to have one adjusted but was handled quickly and professionally with no wait. We’ve been going here for several years and the service has always been consistently good. They have a large variety of frames to choose from and are able to give you good advice choosing the right ones if you need it. Novi location is great.
