America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

I had an issue with my glasses which is detailed below. After I followed up with an email as instructed I was contacted by a manager, I believe her nane was Jersey. She offered to remake the glasses with a better quality of lense free of charge. Within a week I was texted and told that the new glasses were ready. My original contact when I had a problem was handled poorly but Jersey made it more then right in the end. Thank you very much. Chuck Kelley ORIGINAL REVIEW I purchased new glasses from America’s best at this location in December of last year. For the most part, the process went very well. I was happy with the glasses when I was done at the time I purchased them. I got the poly lens which I was told was scratch resistant and I also purchased a one-year protection plan on the glasses. After a few months, I started noticing very fine scratches on the glass all over, which has gotten worse as time has gone by often. It makes the glasses feel cloudy when you wear them. I called America’s Best today and explained the situation. I was told that the lenses I bought were really not scratch resistant and that there was a better grade of lens that would solve the problem. Since I purchased the protection plan, I asked could I get the better lenses installed and just pay the up charge from what I paid for the original lenses. The woman on the phone seemed a little confused then went to talk to what I assume was a manager. She came back and told me that since the replacement would be a warranty, there was no way for them to charge just the difference between the lenses while doing the replacement. This doesn’t feel like a problem that they couldn’t resolve. I didn’t ask them to do anything for free and was willing to pay the difference in cost between the two lenses. I’ve worn glasses for 40 years and have never had a pair of glasses scratch like these. My last several pairs barely have a mark on them from years of use yet these in just a few months are almost cloudy from all the tiny scratches. I’ll be bringing the glasses in to have the lenses replaced but will now likely wait till closer to the end of the year and just live with the problem for now.

I went to this location for my annual contact lenses exam. The doctor there (Dr. V) does an amazing job making sure my proscriptions for my contacts and glasses are correct. I will also give a big hand also with Dr. V optical tech Lilly for walking me through for my pretesting and screening. I also wanna thank all the staff that was there on the sales floor helping me pick out the best glasses and lenses material that is beneficial for my proscription! Thank you! Highly suggest coming here for best quality for reasonable pricing!

Have been coming to this store for the past couple of years overall the service has been wonderful most of the employees are very friendly and the doctor is excellent very thorough. Today went in to pick up my new glasses and the staff member who helped me was not personable at all. She handed me my case different offer to fit them or anything I had to try them myself and tell her they were to loose and she did adjust them but again didn't even check if they fit correctly. Just a little disappointed with her customer service skills. Hopefully this will be my only experience with her. To the other employees you're all terrific. Thank you 😊

I had a very pleasant experience at this location. The front desk associate Vanilza was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable while I was picking out glasses and navigating the finances of the transaction. The eye doctor Nicole was highly professional, efficient, made me feel at ease, and matched the perfect lenses for my eyes. I highly recommend this wonderful staff to take care of your vision correction needs.

Doctor was informative! The ladies working at the front desk are wonderful and always willing to help me re-asjust my glasses! They also did a lovely job helping me pick a pair when I was being indecisive. Everyone is kind and friendly here!
