The St. Louis Park America’s Best has America’s best customer service. I have grown accustomed to mediocre service in general - but year after year, the people at this location wow me. The knowledge, the patience, the professionalism, the friendliness.. its amazing. I always leave here feeling extra happy. AND the selection of stunning eyeglasses- i dont know if it can be beat. So many great frames to chose from. Selecting only two pairs can be difficult. AND they are not outrageously expensive.

Just home from the most pleasant experience picking out glasses thanks to Lydia’s help, she was super kind and suggested both frames that I landed on. She also fixed the bent frames on my current glasses at no charge. Nice too that there was no added charge other than $1.50 tax on the 2 for $95 deal. Thanks for living up to the name America’s Best!
I went in thinking I'd get a quick pair of blue light reading glasses, but wound up with a deep eye exam, and perfect computer glasses so I will never rely on cheaters again. Another store sold me tri focal glasses, but the reading prescription was at the very bottom of the glasses so I had to hold them up to read the computer. No longer. Thanks America''s Best, perfect online vision.
I go to Americans best because I get the best service. I love Fernando your management side just helped me in the beautiful lady with the long dark hair at the front is also awesome. So happy to have great service. I also got to meet the new doctor he made me very comfortable and told me I had healthy eyes. Just picked up my new prescription sunglasses have never had prescription sunglasses. I’m walking along the sidewalk right now doing a review and I’m super thankful for Americans best my children want her husband and my grandson all go to the one in Ridgedale no not Ridgedale. They go to Maple Grove. They also love their service there. I thank you for the great service and the convenience in my neighborhood at Knollwood shops in St. Louis Park 15 thumbs up for Americans best
Maybe for glasses they are better but don’t even bother trying to get contacts from this place. I went in for my contact lens appointment and the receptionist with dark long curly hair couldn’t even look up from her game of candy crush to look at me while she was getting me checked in. Took me to the waiting room and waited for 10 minutes past my appointment time to get the exam started. Exam finished and I paid and everything seemed fine. Since it’s my first time wearing contacts I needed to go back in for a fitting before I can get my prescription, I scheduled the fitting for 2 days after the appointment and was told that they would call me before hand to confirm. Never received a call but showed up anyways because it was scheduled and I figured they would call if they needed to cancel. When I got there I was brought to the waiting room again and waited for 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start. Finally someone came back and got me and told me that they were short staffed and had no one available to do my appointment. It’s not their fault the place is short staffed but I asked why no one called me ahead of time to let me know and why they waited 15 minutes to tell me and no one could give me an answer. So I scheduled another appointment for today, a week later, and received a call an hour and a half before my appointment that the doctor was sick and they would have to reschedule again. Again, not their fault, but after the first time it’s extremely frustrating and with my work schedule it means it’ll have to be another week before I can get my fitting to even order trial contacts. The same lady with the candy crush game has been the main communication for this and it doesn’t help that she has terrible customer service and doesn’t seem apologetic in the slightest over anything. I don’t have high hopes that I’ll get my fitting next week and if I hadn’t already paid them for the exam I would go somewhere more professional and trustworthy.
