Be mindful about getting a contact lense exam. A fitting charge will be added even if you don't receive a fitting. I only had an exam because I have worn the same contacts and my prescription has remained unchanged, but I was also charged a fitting. Customer service is non existent and wait times are horrible. I've used America's Best for many years, but will no longer use them!
The whole team is great! Kate greeted me when I walked in and helped me through the process as I checked out. She made the whole process fast and affordable. Price matching and helping explain my insurance benefits. Samantha was my tech and I was blow away by her knowledge and positive attitude. We had great conversation and she explained my benefit to me. The doctor himself I believe his name was Matthew, he was good and provided me with a before and after difference in my prescriptions. Overall, really great team and I highly recommend!
I was able to get a last minute appointment and be seen as soon as I walked in the door! Roxie was so great and friendly and Kate was an absolute doll! I found the most adorable frames and they even ship to my home! Will be returning and HIGHLY recommend!
Roxie helped me with the virtual eye appointment and was great! Super friendly. Roxie was still great however the pupillary distance is not included on the prescription which means I cannot buy glasses from anywhere else. When I called someone else answered explained why but had not offered any solutions.
Grateful to the tech, Samantha, at America’s Best in Joplin, MO. She was kind, quick, and informative. My appointment was at the end of my day, totally painless.
