Stacey at the Crestwood location is absolutely amazing! She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about her customers. I used to dread going to the eye doctor, but not anymore. If you're looking for someone who will actually listen and help you see better, go to America's Best and ask for Stacey. She's a game-changer!
While the doctor who works at this location is wonderful and the staff is kind enough- this does not make up for the total garbage product (lenses) that they sell. I bought a pair of glasses on 1/16/26 and today (5/11/26) they are so completely scratched and scuffed that I can barely see out of them! I am not a kid-!I am an adult and a lifelong glasses wearer… it is not me or anything I am doing. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!
Front desk is very rude. I came in to make an appointment and was given awful customer sevice. I actually made my appointment at another location further from my house so that I don't have to come back. While I looked at glasses she complained about the job to her coworker the entire time. If you don't like your job, please do the rest of us a favor and quit. I will not be back to this location.
Horrible service. The Doctor was very rude, very unprofessional for absolutely no reason. I understand that everyone have they days, but the doctor looked at us with disgust. I will never be back here ever again, and I’ll be sure to let everyone know about my experience.
Don’t waste your time and money here. There’s a lot of bait and switch on pricing. They didn’t get my lenses right and told me my prescription changed so that’s why the new ones are not working, WHAT?!?! I didn’t come to get glasses that were blurry. 🤦♂️ I only came in because my old glasses were getting old and scratched but they are in focus better than the new ones I got here. The new pair of glasses I’ve had for four weeks and they’re already fallen apart. My last quality pair are four years old and it’s the only pair I have. The two women that I dealt with were pretty unhelpful and full of excuses. Save yourself a lot of time and money and just go to a quality optometrist
