America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

Currently sitting in the waiting room hitting one hour of a wait. My appointment was at 4p and I got here at 3:30 to give myself time to look at glasses. I was greeted when I arrived but was not warned of the delay in service. After waiting for an 45 minutes, I asked the lady who did the pre exam how long the wait would be and she stated I was next in line. Then when that moment comes, they call back Walter. So I again, asked the staff how long the wait would be and he asked the optometrist who stated I was after Walter. I told him if I was 15 minutes late for my appointment, they would cancel me and make me reschedule but when the shoes on the other foot, there is literally no communication on the delay, no apologies for the inconvenience, no nothing!!!! It’s now 5:00pm on the dot and my appointment was for 4p!!!! I now remember why I haven’t been here since 2024 and after today, I won’t be returning. I’ll take my money where my time is appreciated.

I had a very disappointing experience at America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses. The employee helping us was very unprofessional from the moment we walked in. He made an ugly face because he was outside when we arrived, which already made us feel unwelcome. Then, after calling someone, we were told that “this is the last time” he would fix the glasses, even though we came in respectfully asking for help. The attitude and customer service were extremely rude and unnecessary. Customers should be treated with respect, not made to feel like a problem for asking for assistance. Definitely not the professional experience we expected.

I had an amazing experience here. Everyone very nice and polite. Dr Davis was amazing. I'm telling everyone I can. If yoy need glasses. Go to America Best.

I scheduled a 5:30 virtual appointment and I arrived early. This was about a half hour drive for me after work. I was seen late, and during the initial part of my exam we were informed that there would be available doctor at 6 pm. Again, my appointment was 5:30. I was hesitant about even trying a virtual exam since I still had to come in person, and this was such a waste of my time.

I wish I could give a lower star than a one. To inconvenience my day and time by telling me that my frames were ready yesterday, and then to say that they cannot open the box into the optometrist allows it (mind you the optometrist was present), it was frustrating. Why would you call me and text my phone and not be ready? 0/5.
